  1. Bake a squash until soft (this can be butternut, or any beautiful orange flesh squash)
  2. Add olive oil in a pan medium high heat
  3. Add a diced onion (you could even add celery or carrots here), cook until soft
  4. In a blender add squash until blender is half full, one can coconut milk, cooked onions…
  5. Add in 2ish t of ginger (fresh is best, powder will do), 2t-ish of turmeric (again fresh is best) and 1-3t of curry paste depending on how much curry flavor you like
  6. Blend it! Eat it!
