We at Honest Small Group Training are thrilled to introduce our newest, possibly cutest, arguably furriest team member and studio mascot… SCOUT!!
You can expect to see Scout in all her floppy, puppy goodness at the studio on a regular basis. She is currently hard at work, training for her certification in mascot motivation techniques, expert-level downward dog and sitting for treats.
Watch for her at your next workout and give her a big snuggly welcome!
We all know that eating TOO much cheese can’t be good. So here’s a great alternative…
Well let me tell you what is even better than cheese! Chimichurri sauce (Officially, according to Wikipedia chimichurri is a green sauce used for grilled meat, originally from Argentina. It is made of finely-chopped parsley, minced garlic, vegetable oil, oregano, and white vinegar).
My version was…
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch cilantro
1 large clove of garlic
Juice of one lemon
A couple tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
Some unrefined sea salt
A whole LOT of olive oil! Or enough to get the rest of the ingredients moving in the blender. I used my vita-mix and couldn’t tell you exactly how much olive oil it was. Don’t even worry tho! It’s so great for ya! If you would like an actual recipe see here
So many nutrients! Try it on eggs, meat, veggies, anything! Enjoy!
