Here Are Some of My New Fav New Healthy Recipes…

I absolutely LOVE to cook.  In fact I’ve been cooking since I can remember.  I want to start sharing more of my cooking adventures with you all!  I’m all about making food that is healthy yes, but also that it enjoyable.  I hope you enjoy!


You need…

  • 6 small lamb chops
  • Curry powder (any kind you like)
  • Coconut oil (organic unrefined)
  • 1 onion
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1 can organic coconut milk
  • Sea Salt (unprocessed)

What to do…

  1. Heat up skillet (I use cast iron) with 2-4 T of coconut oil (be generous)
  2. Pat the lamb dry
  3. Season generously with curry powder and sea salt
  4. Brown each side
  5. In your crock pot add your can of coconut milk, diced onion and minced garlic
  6. I also add another 2-3 t of curry powder to the crock pot and salt
  7. Add browned lamb to the crock pot that has the coconut milk/onions/garlic/seasoning
  8. I’m cooking for 6 hours but longer at a lower temp (say over night) would be great too

Serving this with brown rice cooked in chicken bone broth for dinner!  YUM!


What you need…

  • Half purple cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • garlic
  • balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper

What do to…

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Chop cabbage and onion
  3. Place on baking sheet
  4. Mince garlic and mix in with cabbage and onion
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic
  6. Season with s & p
  7. Roast til veggies are caramelized (brownish color)

Planning on serving with some turkey burgers!  SO GOOD.
