Introducing Normarae!

We’re so excited to introduce and welcome Normarae Talley-Ford to the Honest family! Normarae will be running her business, Train with Normarae, out of the Honest gym. We love her outlook on fitness and nutrition – that healthy habits are all about self-care and not about punishment.

Normarae started her fitness journey in 2011 as a way to cope with the passing of her father. Her daily exercise routine started to have a transformative effect on her body and kick-started a focus on healthy eating habits.

Now, Normarae wants to bring what she’s learned to empower other women!

Working out with Normarae sounds like so much fun! She loves the 90’s, especially Janet Jackson and Tupac. Hoping we can get access to those playlists… In fact, one of her favorite hobbies is learning Janet Jackson dance routines!

Hybrid Personal Training

Hybrid Personal Training combines personal training and online training as a flexible and affordable option to help you reach your health and fitness goals. My goal is to provide you with direction, support and accountability. Direction is provided by working together in person and using that time to work on your exercise form, new routines, or simply check in. I provide support by creating an online training plan based on your goals that you will complete outside of our sessions. Your training plan will be delivered through a free app which will be convenient for you to do on your own time. From there, I will be able to hold you accountable by scheduling your workouts, sending check-in reminders, and monitoring your overall progress.

All Hybrid Personal Training packages come with:

  • Fitness Assessment
  • 4 Week Custom Online Training Plan
  • Nutrition Guide
  • Email Support/Check In

The packages are built around the number of personal training sessions you choose:

Silver Package: $175/monthly

  • Bi-Weekly 60 minute Personal Training Sessions (2 sessions total)

Gold Package: $255/monthly

  • 1x per week 60 minute Personal Training Sessions (4 sessions total)

Platinum Package: $375/monthly

  • 2x per week 60 minute Personal Training Sessions (8 sessions total)

Kickstart Personal Training Package

This package is best for individuals who are beginners, returning back to fitness or don’t want to commit to hybrid personal training yet. The kickstart package includes:

  • Three 60 minute Personal Training Sessions
  • 7 Day Body Reset Guide

Price: $140/one time fee

Partner Personal Training

Single Session – $70 ($35 per person)

Small Group Training Class (4-8 people)

Small Group Training Class is a great option for individuals looking to work hard towards their fitness goals in a small group setting.

  • Class is held Monday and Wednesday at 7pm
  • $20 per person if RSVP
  • $25 per person if booked same day of class
  • Monthly class package of 8 sessions for $140/monthly
