Honest Outdoor Weight Loss Bootcamp is specifically design for fat loss.

It's a combination of my 45m high intensity interval training (BEST for FAT LOSS) classes 2 days a week >> In addition, following The Honest Weight Loss Nutrition Plan. A detailed, informative, ALL YOU NEED to know fat loss guide. The nutrition guide comes with purchase of bootcamp.

Expect HARD WORK. Expect RESULTS.

Most of the exercises at The Honest Bootcamp will be body weight, equipment will be brought in depending on the workout. Modifications will be given so ANY LEVEL is welcome!

We will workout RAIN OR SHINE. There is no covered area at the track so be prepared. Just an FYI - there is a honey bucket on site.

Get ready to RUN, lunge, squat, push, pull, sweat and laugh!
