Healthy, Easy Recipes From Trainer Paisley!

My recipes are all about meals and snacks being cost effective, healthy, low prep time, and taste amazing!



Here’s an easy one… Buy an avocado, slice in half, sprinkle generously with sea salt, ENJOY with a spoon 🙂


Breakfast Cups

What you need…

  • Prosciutto
  • Oil so your food does not stick… I used avocado oil.
  • Salt and pepper

What to do…

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
  2. Oil up all the tins on a regular muffin tin
  3. Line each of the egg cups with 1-2 piece of prosciutto.
  4. Fill each tin with 1 egg. You can crack it right in or scramble your eggs, then add them.
  5. I like to sprinkle fresh pepper and fancy salt on top of the egg

Ground Beef with Sweet Potato, Avocado and Sliced Pepperoncini

What you need for about 4 servings…

  • 1lb ground organic beef
  • 2 large sweet potato roasted
  • 1 avocado
  • pepperoncini sliced
  • Salt and pepper

What to do…

  1. Cook your ground beef, make sure to season with salt and pepper
  2. In your containers add 1/4lb of ground beef, 1/4 chopped up sweet potato, 1/4 avocado, and sprinkle with pepperoncini

Roasted Peppers and Onions w/ Taco Flavored Chicken Thighs

What you need…

  • 4-6 peppers (red, yellow, orange) chopped
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 4-6 chicken thigh
  • 1 T Garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • Taco seasoning

What to do…

  1. In a big bowl mix peppers, onions, garlic, salt and pepper and drizzle with oil (avocado oil or coconut oil is great!)
  2. Roast at 400deg until caramelized
  3. Pat dry your chicken thighs… season with taco seasoning of your choice! Or cumin, salt and pepper.  Place on med/high heat skillet with oil… cook til brown.
