He will be using the Honest training studio for his business – specialized training with high school student athletes. Welcome to Honest, JQ!

We’re so excited to welcome new instructor, JQ Enriquez to Honest! JQ grew up playing soccer in an Olympic development program and went on to play Division I Soccer and Golf in college. After experiencing a career-ending injury, JQ refocused to help others succeed with their individual fitness goals – earning a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training & Exercise Physiology. JQ worked for the American Red Cross & Pasadena Health Department doing disaster relief & bioterrorism work, which led to earning a Masters of Nursing at UCLA.
