We’re so excited to welcome new instructor, JQ Enriquez to Honest! JQ grew up playing soccer in an Olympic development program and went on to play Division I Soccer and Golf in college. After experiencing a career-ending injury, JQ refocused to help others succeed with their individual fitness goals – earning a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training & Exercise Physiology. JQ worked for the American Red Cross & Pasadena Health Department doing disaster relief & bioterrorism work, which led to earning a Masters of Nursing at UCLA.
Hey! What’s up you guys?! Paisley here from Honest Training… I learned that March was national nutrition month (or something like that) so Lindsay told me to write a nutrition blog. Have you met Lindsay yet? She is our new Honest head of social media and PR! Meet her here.
We’re so excited to welcome Tiny Moreso, a new healthy hang-out spot, and owner Jenn Pereau to the neighborhood!
Hello fitness friends at Honest!
You know those home improvement shows where the overly-happy people aggressively remove walls between rooms? Now, imagine if we did that at Honest Training. Nope, I have no desire for an open view of the bathroom but there are lessons from the spin studio that should defiantly be applied to circuit training. Focusing on just two key cycling components will make a big difference in the benefits you receive – in both rooms of the studio.
