You know those home improvement shows where the overly-happy people aggressively remove walls between rooms? Now, imagine if we did that at Honest Training. Nope, I have no desire for an open view of the bathroom but there are lessons from the spin studio that should defiantly be applied to circuit training. Focusing on just two key cycling components will make a big difference in the benefits you receive – in both rooms of the studio.
I love to introduce badass clients of Honest! Today I want to introduce you to Paige! Paige has been my client, friend, and hairdresser for years and I just adore her. Her new business, a fabulous salon just right down the street from us at Honest is called Fate Beauty Society.

of having low energy and just not feeling great in my skin. My friend invited me to take a
spin class with her. I’d never heard of spin but thought, how hard can riding a bike be?
Turns out, hard.
I don’t know how I made it through that first class. Because spin bikes
are stationary, it’s possible to pedal a great deal faster than you would on an outdoor

I’d done it hundreds of times on my bike as a kid — nope. Couldn’t do it. I was so
annoyed with myself that I came back a few days later to try again. And that is the
beginning of the story of how spin changed my life.
In the world of bodywork, it’s hard to find people who really look at the body holistically… AND are cool to hang out with. When I read about Carl’s approach to his work I knew we would mesh! Carl combines chiropractic work and therapeutic fitness to improve daily performance and create long-term pain relief for his patients… it’s awesome! I highly recommend him for any pain or injury that pops up for you.
