Working out is very important to me because you only get one body you don’t get to replace it you’re responsible for keeping things running in its top condition you’re responsible for letting things fall apart or not you can live in a happy body or you can live in an Unhappy body. That’s why “Respect your body, respect yourself” is what I live by.
What 1 food and 1 beverage could you not live without?
I could not live without meat in whatever form that is, steak, a piece a lamb piece of pork, Salumi. Drink I could not live without I know that sounds boring but water LOL.
